Greetings Karoo-ians,

I hope this message finds you well as we embark on a new term filled with exciting learning. I am pleased to share some noteworthy updates from our Media and Digital Technology classroom, particularly regarding our Year 1/2 students.

This term, our budding young minds are delving into the captivating world of stop motion animation. Stop motion animation is a form of filmmaking in which objects are manipulated frame by frame to create the illusion of movement. It offers a unique and engaging platform for our students to explore storytelling, digital technology, and unleash their creativity.

As part of these projects, our students will have the opportunity to collaborate in small production teams where they will work together to bring their creative visions to life. This collaborative aspect not only fosters teamwork but also cultivates a sense of ownership and pride in their work.
