What's Happening In Secondary

Welcome to Mr. Treanor!

My name is Tadgh Treanor, and I’m excited to have joined the team at Devonport Christian School, having recently moved from the Gold Coast with my wife and two children. 

As well as teaching Engineering, Digital Animation, and Beyond Design, I will be supporting with facilitating our Secondary VET and Pathways programs. I am also excited to be working across both Primary and Secondary in supporting staff with making use of digital learning platforms to continue to celebrate our community and the learning and growth of your wonderful children.

I’m passionate about helping others discover their strengths and explore real-world learning opportunities that prepare and equip them to pursue their passions. Whether it’s through hands-on projects, creative digital work, or vocational experiences, I aim to support each student in finding their unique path.

Vietnam Veterans Commemorative Service

Three of our Year 9 girls were honoured to take part in the Vietnam Veterans Commemorative Service at the Vietnam War Memorial Park, Aikenhead Point this week. The students represented our school with pride as they laid a wreath in remembrance of those who served. It was a meaningful opportunity for them to show respect and be part of such an important commemoration.
