In Literacy, we completed our Poetry portfolios with an alliteration soup poem and an Acrostic poem. We hope you enjoyed reading them at the "POETRY WALK", last Friday. 

This week we started our new Genre of "Non-fiction, information texts." 

In reading, we have been exploring all the features of an information text including; title, contents page, sub-headings, photos, diagrams, captions, index, glossary, bold words etc.

 Whilst in writing, we have started our research and contents page to write an autobiography about ourselves. This will include the sub-headings What do I look like? My family. Where do I live? What do I eat? Interesting facts about me? My favourite things?

In Maths we have started a unit around sharing numbers equally ie. (DIVISION).
