Swim/Gym

Our LAST Swim/Gym session is this week.  The students have had a fantastic time, and it has been wonderful to watch their confidence in the water soar.  Thank you to all our families for being so supportive in helping these sessions run smoothly!

Mathematics

We are continuing our work on making and counting collections up to 20. We can also count all the way to 100 as a whole class!  We love to write our numbers, and some students like to see how many numbers they can write before a two-minute timer goes off! 

Literacy

This week has been a revision week on some GPC's (Letters and Sounds) that were a bit challenging. One of our dictation sentences this week was 'I love Max the fox.' This resulted in many conversations about why anyone would love a fox...

We are also continuing to work on our HFW (High Frequency Words), both reading them and writing them.
