Sale of Sample Size Uniforms
The College has some sample sizes of uniforms, which we will be selling on Friday 8 November from 8:00am to 8:40am outside the Student Services Reception. Uniforms will be sold at 50% cheaper.
Kindly refer to the Price List of available uniform sizes.

SEQTA Engage - Access to Student Reports
As per the SEQTA Engage information sent at the start of the year, all parents/carers are asked to download the free SEQTA Engage app onto their phones. Alternatively, it can be accessed by the website link – https://salvado.engage.cewa.edu.au/
For parents/carers who have not previously created an account or are new to the College, an auto-generated email will be sent to you on Thursday 7 November, (to the email address that is in our system). This link will expire in one week. Please ensure you click on this link and set up your account. Please check your junk/spam mailbox also.
We request that parents/carers check that they can access this system now (and prior to the end of term) so that you can access your child/ren’s report/s over the holidays.
If you require any assistance with your account setup, please email admin@salvado.wa.edu.au.
Parents/Carers are also reminded to download and save all of your child/ren’s reports from SEQTA Engage to your own devices.
Orientation Days
A reminder regarding the upcoming Orientation days:
Kindergarten 2025 – Monday 18 November at 9:00am or 4:00pm
Year 7 2025 – Tuesday 19 November
Information about Orientation has been emailed to all enrolled families. We look forward to meeting you on the day!
Keyed Up Music Recitals
On Wednesday 20 November, recitals will be held for students who participate in guitar and drum lessons.
On Monday 25th November, recitals will be held for students who participate in piano lessons.
These will be held in the Covered Assembly Space from 3:15pm to 4:00pm.
College Christmas Concert 🎄
Are you looking forward to our College Christmas Concert? This year, our concert will be held on Wednesday 27 November at 5pm, at our soccer pitch. All families are invited and welcome to bring a picnic. The FoS Executive Team has also organised food trucks to be on-site!
Children's Christmas Outfit

| Kindy | Students will be wearing a range of different coloured shirts. Your child’s Learning Space teacher will advise you by email of the costume required. |
| Pre-Primary | Parents have been notified via email of their child’s role and costume requirements. Readers: Christmas shirt or dress/outfit Christmas hat or hair accessory is optional. Angels: White clothes Cows: white, black or brown clothes Sheep: White or black clothes Other actors have costumes provided by the College. All students to wear appropriate footwear. |
| Year One | Black pants or leggings, sneakers (green T-shirt in class and will be put on when arrive to class on the evening) Bring a green T-shirt to class to be decorated before the concert. |
| Year Two | School shoes, school shorts and a Christmas themed T-shirt. A Christmas hat or hair accessory is optional. |
| Year Three | Christmas t-shirt. They may also wear reindeer antlers if they wish to. |
| Year Four | Denim (blue or black) jeans/shorts, with white or black Christmas t-shirt and tinsel or halo headband. |
| Year Five | Christmas T-shirts and shorts/pants. A handful of students will wear a slightly different/ addition to the costume based on their role during the performance. Learning Space teacher will notify these students individually of the changes. |
| Year Six | Christmas t-shirt with shorts or pants. Enclosed or covered footwear. Any Christmas head items are welcome. |

Pre-Kindergarten Enrolment
Our Monday and Thursday Pre-Kindergarten classes are now full.
Enrolment applications are being accepted for 2025. Places are limited. Interviews for Term 1, 2025 enrolments will commence later this term.
Application packs can be collected from the Front Office or by completing an expression of interest on the College website.
