A recent key milestone has been the formal lodgement of the APF Log of Claims, which outlines our position for the next round of industrial negotiations. Developed through extensive member input, the Log of Claims captures what matters most to Principal Class Officers: workload relief, professional respect, improved remuneration, enhanced leave and entitlements, strengthened autonomy, and meaningful system-level support.

The document is both a reflection of your lived experience and a call for reform that supports sustainable, high-impact leadership. We will keep members informed as negotiations progress and continue to advocate strongly for the conditions you need to lead effectively and thrive in the role.
