Our First Excursion!

The Preps recently went to Bundoora Farm for our first ever school excursion!

We were all very excited about getting on the buses to take us to the farm and being so high up on the road.

When we arrived at the farm, we were able to eat our morning snack and have a play with our classmates on the play equipment before meeting our tour guides for the day.

Throughout the day we enjoyed learning about the different animals on the farm and the needs of living things.

We made compostable plant pots to grow beans in, helped make compost for the Farm's gardens, took a tram ride to see kangaroo's and some cheeky emus, petted some guinea pigs and fed and petted a variety of farm animals.
