2025 Curriculum Contributions
A HUGEthank you to the many families who have already contributed. All amounts are greatly appreciated.
Contributions will sit in your Compass Parent Payment Portal and you can make a ‘one-off’ payment or smaller instalments if you choose.
The ongoing financial support of our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education and support for all our students. All contributions make a huge difference to our school and the programs we can offer.
Extra-Curricular Items & Activities (user-pays) includes the Sports Academy, Instrumental Music, Camps, Excursions and/or ‘any item or activity that are above and beyond what the school provides free to deliver the Curriculum’.
School Saving Bonus
It’s great to see so many families/carers accessing the State School Bonus (SSB) PORTAL and allocating their $400 Credit (between $50-$400) to the 3 options of Uniforms, Text Books (including Edrolo textbook) or Activities.
When electing to pay for the following Activities in Compass (all covered by the Bonus) – Excursions/Incursions/Camps/Sports Academy/Instrumental Music you need to:
- Have allocated an amount (between $50-$400) of the SSB to the ‘Activities’ option.
- Tick the ‘Use CSEF/Events’ option in the Compass Event (no dedicated SSB option at this stage) OR email the school heathmont.college.co@education.vic.gov.au to advise your intention.
The difference dollar amount will then sit in the Compass Event for Consent and Payment.
A reminder:
- If you do not allocate any amount to the vouchers, as at 30 June 2025, the $400 will return to your school account for use against activities (again, in the Event, choose ‘Use CSEF/Credit’ option).
- Any unused portion of SSB will carry over to 2026 and beyond and to siblings.
- Not included in the Bonus are 2025 Curriculum Contributions, donations, laptops, on-line textbooks, second-hand uniform/textbooks etc.
If you have any question regarding SSB, please view: school.saving.bonus@education.vic.gov.au or phone the Help Desk on 1800 338 663. More information about the SSB is available here: https://www.vic.gov.au/receiving-school-saving-bonus
Lilydale Books have provided instruction on how to use the SSB with them:

Student ID Cards
It is a requirement for students to carry their Compass ID Card on them daily for attendance purposes, printing, canteen, and personal identification. If a student has lost their card or comes to the office on a regular basis to sign in late without their card, a new Compass ID Card will need to be ordered by you via: Compass / Cog / CompassIdentity Card / Order New Card and pay the replacement cost. Please be aware that your students’ 2024 Compass Card is VALID UNTIL a new one is issued in 2025 (usually late March).
The office welcomes your questions, suggestions or feedback and we look forward to seeing you in 2025.
