Principal's Report

Dear Families,

 

ORIENTATION DAY

Orientation Day was a positive experience for both children and staff. A big thank you to our teachers for their thoughtful preparation, ensuring the day ran smoothly, and to our students, who stepped into their new classrooms with such a great outlook. We were so proud of our new Foundation students who lined up beautifully, gave their parents the thumbs up and walked calmly into the classroom ready for the day. We also greatly appreciate the families who took the time to share feedback with our staff—it means so much!

 

 

ELF MISCHIEF

When I arrived at work on Thursday, my office had been taken over by a very tricky elf. Students were very excited to see his antic. 

GRADE 6 FUNFIELDS

The Grade 6 students all had a fantastic day at Funfields in Whittlesea. It was a wonderful way to finish off their primary school journey. Thank you to the teachers for organising the day.

 

FUN SPORTS DAY

Students are in for an action-packed Monday, featuring an exciting Toboggan Slide, thrilling go-kart rides, and a fun-filled water relay session. A special thank you to Parents & Friends and Junior School Council who are paying for the hire of the activities. It will be a very hot day so we have kept outdoor activities to a minimum and located in shaded areas. Students are to wear their uniform to school.  Students are asked to bring bathers, a rash vest, thongs or crocs and a towel.

Sausages and Zooper Doopers are available for purchase via Qkr! and must be made by tomorrow at 2:00pm.

 

LAST DAY SCHOOL

Our last day of school for the year is Thursday 19th of December. Class parties and KKs will be held on Wednesday 18th. Due to changes to the bus times Final Assembly will commence at 2pm and conclude at 3.15pm.
