It’s been an exciting and eventful week at our school as we continue to celebrate the achievements of our students. Our Bike Ed program is well underway for students in Grades 3 to 6, and I am thrilled to see such enthusiasm and commitment from everyone involved.
A special mention goes to our Grade 5 students who recently completed their Bike Hike to Koonwarra. Despite the hot weather, the students showed incredible resilience and determination, pushing through the challenging conditions with great teamwork. They should be incredibly proud of their achievement!
Next week, we look forward to the Grade 6 ride to Outtrim. With the spirit of adventure and perseverance demonstrated so far, I am confident it will be another successful and enjoyable experience for our students.
Additionally, students have been informed of their grades for next year and had the opportunity to meet their new teachers and classmates. It was wonderful to see the excitement and anticipation as they looked ahead to the next chapter of their school journey.
As always, I am immensely proud of our students and the effort they put into everything they do. Thank you to our staff for their support in making these experiences possible, and to our families for their ongoing encouragement.

Reminder regarding new protocol for students traveling on the shuttle bus and being picked up from the bus transit area. This is being done to address recent concerns and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our students.
Students who are meeting parents at Leongatha Secondary College will be required to stay with the shuttle bus duty teacher until they are safely collected by their parents.
