Year 10 Guest Speaker

On Monday 30th October, the Year 10s were lucky enough to hear from a vibrant and engaging guest speaker, Jordana Borensztajn. 

Jordana presented on ‘How Curiosity Helps You Create a Career with Passion’ and shared her experiences of her own career journey from a start in journalism to becoming a stand-up comedian, keynote speaker, writer and magician! Students were interested to learn that our career moves don’t always go in a straight line and how to be open and curious to make the most of the opportunities given to them.

Jordana’s presentation was interactive and uplifting. There was magic, mentalism and lots of talk about work experience to excite and prepare the Year 10s for their placements which are coming up in a couple of weeks!
