Girls in Property

On Thursday 26th October, 11 Year 10 and Year 11 students attended the Girls in Property event hosted by The Property Council of Australia.

Girls in Property raises awareness among high school students of the various career paths available across the property industry. It aims to generate a more diverse pipeline of talent by encouraging more women into the property industry.

The event was held at Hotel Chadstone and throughout the day, the students attended different workshops and gained insight into the property industry from design to construction to marketing. 

The students heard from amazing keynote speakers including the Chief Executive Officer of Vicinity Centres and the Investment Director of Australian Super. They also had the chance to chat with industry professionals in a speed-dating setting about what a career in property can look like. The most fun of all was the behind-the-scenes tour of Chadstone Shopping Centre!
