Deakin University Visit

On Thursday 9th November everyone from the 2023 Sports Academy attended Deakin University for the day. 

First we did a tour around Deakin to see what some rooms were. And we got to see the gym and other cool rooms. Soon after that we got to work and started doing different fitness tests that were really fun. Some of them included sprinting, agility tests, strength testing and more. 

We were very lucky to attend at Deakin and it was a great experience.  Thank you James and Pip for taking us there!
