We are learning to identify the size of a problem and finding an appropriate solutions to that problem.

VOCABULARY

Small problem: Problems we can fix by ourselves.

Medium problems: Problems we may need help with from a friend or adult. 

Big problems: Problems where we definitely need help from adult. 

ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

With your child discuss some problems they may face at school or at home. Ask them if the problem is a small, medium or big problem. 

Is it a problem they can fix by themselves? Or will they need help from an adult?
