Performing Arts Highlights!

Year Prep Community

The Prep Communities have begun to explore characters and role-play in Drama. They have started to experiment with voice and movement using a range of props/costume pieces in dramatic play. Students have started to use their imagination to act out situations with guided imagery. 

Year 1/2 Community 

The Year 1/2 Communities have been developing a basic understanding skills of a drama performance. Students have begun to act out characters using props/costume pieces including puppets. They have started to express different characters walks using voice and movement. 

Choir

The Choir students have been preparing two songs to feature at one of our last school Assembly's. Students will be singing a farewell graduation to the Year 6 students song called, 'Count on Me' by Bruno Mars, as well as, 'We Wish You a Merry Christmas' with choreography to farewell the staff and students.
