The Singing Sandwich Project

The Singing Sandwich Project is lunch-break singing at Realm, over six consecutive Wednesdays. It is designed for workers in central Ringwood, people working from home, living alone, home-schooling, retired, commuting, shopping, and those looking for an uplifting mid-week mood boost. The Singing Sandwich Project is presented by Just Sing Something, thanks to an Arts and Cultural Grant from Maroondah City Council.

Why We Need The Singing Sandwich Project The Singing Sandwich Project is focused on people living, working and moving within the central Ringwood area during the working-week. Accessibility for time-poor workers on a limited lunch-break, recognises census data indicating 57% of Maroondah residents work full-time, 58% care for children with 11% as sole-parents, further limiting available time for personal recreation. Notably, 25% of Maroondah residents work from home, and 23% live alone, curtailing capacity for face-to-face human connection. You can learn more and book by clicking here or checkout the list of songs here
