Interschool Sport 

In the coming weeks we have many teams that will be competing in the Maroondah Divisional finals, after progressing from District Interschool Sport.

Teams that will be competing are;

Girls Softball

Girls Basketball 

Open Basketball A

Lawn bowls girls A

Congratulations to the teams for making it through to the next level and we wish you the best of luck! 

P-2 Cross Country

Hi Prep & Junior families,

This term, the Preps and Juniors will be participating in a Cross-Country run around parts of the school.

When: Wednesday 30th October (week 4)

Time: 9:15-11:30am

Dress Code: Students wear their house colours and appropriate footwear

Schedule:

Please note: This is a guide as we are always unsure how long it will take for the last runner to finish the previous race.

In order for this event to run smoothly, we require assistance from parents/carers to help with standing on checkpoints so students know where to run and also on the finish line, handing out place cards and ribbons. If you are available for the morning and would like to assist, can you please email Jayne Beith at jayne.beith@education.vic.gov.au 

Bike Ed

This term, grade 3 students will be participating in a Bike Ed program on a Friday as part of their sport session.All abilities will be catered for and the aim is for students to gain confidence in their ability to ride a bike as well as learn and have lots of fun with their classmates while doing so. Students will be taken on a celebration ride outside of the school towards the end of term. There will be a compass post to consent to prior to this event. Bikes, helmets and safety vests will be provided for all students however if they wish to bring their own bike & helmet, they are welcome to do so.

If families have any empty egg cartons, could they please donate them to the office to house our home grown eggs.  Thank you in advance 🥚🐔
