Leadership Centre

Highlight

Selamat Siang!

What an exciting time it has been in the Leadership Centre Economy in Earn and Learn! This week groups have put the finishing touches on their products, logos, advertising and stall set ups, ready for our first day of trading on Friday! With so many things on offer to buy, such as bookmarks, origami and stickers and services such as advertising, hiring a band and cleaning services, it will be hard to know where to start shopping!

It's been a busy time for the students who were successful candidates for some of the jobs on offer in the economy. The real estate agents have had a stressful time allocating the property for stalls and ensuring everyone is happy with their space. It looks like there may even be some disputes over land. The lawyers and our judge may need to get involved! The resource ministers have been hard at work selling resources to different businesses and the police officers have been on patrol ensuring everyone is following the laws. It's amazing to see the students so engaged in this unit and to see rich, real-life learning involved in the tasks.
