Staff Introductions

Hello, I am Lipo. I have been working with students in different settings for over 10 years now and this is my second year at St John's. I love exploring different cultures with them and sharing my experiences. I love to support the students to help them with their learning when they are frustrated and to chat with them to make them feel at ease. My favourite subject is Maths and I love to see their smiling faces when they solve a math's problem or trick from me. I help out at Marathon Club on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and enjoy being part of the St John's community.

Learning Support Officer 5/6 A

My name is Elina Li and 2024 is my second year with St. John’s School. I am a little busier this year as I am not only the Chinese teacher for the whole school but also a classroom teacher with 3/4B on Monday and in 5/6A on Thursday.  I am enthusiastic about my role as a teacher. When I am not working, I am inclined towards creative activities such as painting, playing musical instruments, and gardening.
