Welcome to 2024! 

 

Creative Music in Schools

We offer lessons in piano/keyboard, singing, violin, guitar and drums. Students can learn in a pair or own their own. Lesson times rotate throughout the school day so that students don't miss the same class every week. Places are currently available. For more information please collect an information brochure from the Performing Arts Office, or contact Ms Mari Eleanor at the College.

 

Matilda the Musical!

We are delighted to be presenting Matilda the Musical. We are currently auditioning for lead roles, and expect the full cast list be out shortly. Watch this space!

 

Ensembles

Marian Choir United and Play Ukelele are up and running for the year, and new members are welcome!

Choir rehearses every Monday at Lunch in Music 1

Ukelele rehearses every Tuesday at Lunch in Music 2

Bring your lunch and a folder for music, and join us!

 

Concert Band starts again this week, and runs every Thursday at Lunch in Music 2.

Places are available if you play any of the following instruments: Flute, clarinet. saxophone, trumpet, or trombone. 

If you play but don't own one of the above instruments you are able to borrow one from the College.

And new to Marian College for 2024 - Liturgy Ensemble

If you like liturgy and music, and can perform on the following instruments: piano/keyboard, guitar, bass guitar, percussion, or lead/backing vocals then Liturgy Ensemble will be forming later this term. Keep your eye on Notices for more information, or contact Ms Eleanor.
