MARIAN COLLEGE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Education at Marian College thrives on sound leadership. From dedicated teachers fostering curiosity in young minds to members of our School Leadership Team that help shape school culture, these leaders are an important part of the Marian College landscape.

This year, we are launching a Leadership Development Program, which will help celebrate and build leadership capacity at the College. The Program commenced with a Courageous Conversations Seminar, where a number of Leaders engaged with the agency Growth Coaching International to build their coaching skills when engaging in dialogue with other teachers and students. The program will now continue with some afternoons dedicated to discussing leadership and, as a group, navigate its rewards and challenges. We hope that the program will help cultivate a vibrant school where educators can flourish and thus positively impact the lives of all our students.
