Ibrahim and Kyra for sharing their work on their Maths (Place Value) Ibrahim has 4 tens (40) and 3 ones - He has 43 altogether. Kyra has 8 tens(80) and 8 ones which equals 88 altogether
Kang, Steve, and Candice for sharing their work. They are learning the different pressures and techniques used when playing instruments to create different sounds.
Adrian, Axel and Toa for sharing their work on healthy Communities. Adrian - "Healthy Communities pick up their rubbish and look after the environment" Axel - "Healthy communities call on people for help - like the police to look after us" Toa - "Healthy communities use the parks because they are healthy places".
Josh and Lina for sharing their work on writing for literary effect. Josh enjoys Onomatopeia where words suggest sound that it describes. Lina enjoys extravagant hyperbole exaggeration.
Anika and Hashane for sharing their work on practising their narrative writing skills by using descriptive words, checking punctuation and paragraphing.
