Updates from the Office

Hi Wimba families,
Medical plans
All year round we have anaphylaxis, asthma and allergy plans expiring. If your child’s health plan is expiring in the month of May, a courtesy email has been sent to you. If you have received an email, please organise a doctor’s appointment for your child at your earliest opportunity.
When you receive an updated plan from the doctor, please bring it into the office so we can take a copy of it, otherwise you can send it to the Wimba PS email which can be found on our website.
Compass First Aid entries
If your child comes into First Aid needing treatment, it is our obligation to create a First Aid chronicle. This provides you a brief description on why they are in First Aid, including if they are resting in First Aid or if they have returned to class. If your child needs to be picked up from school, one of our First Aid attendants or I will contact you directly. If you need any clarification or concerns about a First Aid entry, please do not hesitate to contact the office and they can connect you to me.
Thank you,
Rebecca – School Nurse
