This week the library ran a competition during recess and lunchtime to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Students had to find a “four-leaf clover’ clue inside a book on display, and use that clue to find either a leprechaun or a pot of gold inside a book on our shelves.
Students who were successful won a lolly (for finding a leprechaun) or a $3 caf voucher (for finding a pot of gold) – some of the winners are pictured below.
Library and Middle Years staff have been busy recruiting for the Year 7 Readers’ Cup competition which will take place next term. The current teams are:

The Victorian Premier’s Reading Challenge is now open! The Challenge is open to students in Years 7 to 10, and those who sign-up are required to read 15 books or more by 5th September. Students who complete the Challenge are given a pizza lunch and go into a draw to win a Dymocks gift voucher. We currently have 50 students registered – we are able to continue registering students throughout the year.
