Year 9 World of Food
I was privileged to visit the Year 9 World of Food class last week, where students were diligently preparing their assessment task. They had developed and sourced their own recipes, and designed their own takeaway "noodle boxes" for their finished products. It was a pleasure to see the students so engaged in their work with teacher Karen Holmes.
My only regret was I didn't have time to wait to taste some of the amazing finished products!
VET Cookery
St Patrick's Day is close to teacher Breda O'Donovan's heart, and she shared her passion with her VET Cookery students who prepared a feast for the staff to celebrate St Patrick's Day this week.
