Thank you to everyone who has returned their permission note to the Tamworth Science & Engineering Challenge on Friday, 21st March. For those who are yet to return their notes, please return to the School Office by tomorrow Wednesday, 12th March to book your spot.
NAPLAN
Dates for NAPLAN have been released and our students in Years 3 and 5 will participate in NAPLAN. The timetable is as follows:
Wednesday 12th March - Writing
Thursday 13th March - Reading
Monday 17th March - Conventions of Language
Tuesday 18th March - Numeracy
Wednesday 19th March - Catch Up Day
Thursday 20th March - Catch Up Day
We will be celebrating Harmony Day on Tuesday 18th March. This year's theme is "Harmony - We all have a role to play". We ask that all students dress in orange on this day. Classroom teachers will be doing activities with the students in class.
COLOUR RUN
We look forward to welcoming our parents/carers to the Colour Run is this Friday. Please ensure your child has a white shirt (that can be sprayed with colour) on the day. Our P&C will be holding a Sausage Sizzle. All items can be purchased on the day. Don't forget to register your child to fundraise. So many prizes can be won by fundraising. The more money you raise the more prizes you receive.
Year 6 Quirindi High School Taster Day
The Year 6 Quirindi High School Taster Day will be held next Wednesday, 19th March. A note was sent home last week with our Year 6 students detailing this event. For more information, please contact Quirindi High School on 6746 1177.
K-2 Excursion
The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show - Capitol Theatre Tamworth
Thank you to everyone who has returned their permission slips and money for the K/1/2B excursion to The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show on Tuesday, 25th March. For those who are yet to return their notes, please return money ($15) and permission note to the School Office by Wednesday, 19th March 2025.
SCHOOL PICK UP
Please ensure you keep the driveway opposite the school clear at school pick up time. This driveway belongs to our Neighbours and they need access at all times. Thank you for your co-operation.
