Respectful Relationships

Year 3 - Respectful Relationships | |
In Year 3, students have been learning about emotional literacy
| Emotional Literacy Building a shared set of expectations and protective routines can contribute to the social wellbeing of the class. Healthy groups develop common understandings about how to work well with each other. Involving students in naming the actions they can take to help create a safe and happy class can help build a shared sense of responsibility for the social wellbeing of the class.
A strong sense of connectedness or belonging to school is a protective factor for children and young people. Students also benefit from activities that help them to develop friendships, as forming and maintaining positive relationships with peers can be one of the most challenging aspects of school life. |
