International Womens Day

                                          International Women’s Day at WEPS 2025! 

The Year 5/6 girls had a wonderful day celebrating IWD. 

We had special guests such as Abby from Pilates by Abby, who inspired us with her devotion for empowering women and then took us for some Pilates sessions. Thank you so much Abby. 

We also had Mrs Dwyer talk to us about being an inspiring leader at school.  Thank you Mrs Dwyer. 

Brooke Pollock from the Police Force who spoke about being in a male dominated field. Thank you Brooke. 

Then… we had an extra special video message from Raygun, an Olympic breakdancer, who had some strong messages of empowerment. 

Finished off by cupcake decorating, face paint, and writing letters.
