Enrolling Now!
Dear Parents, carers and friends we need your help to spread the word!
This week marks the beginning of our Enrolling Now Period for 2026. We have updated our enrolment packs and they are available for collection from the front office.
If you know of anyone who has children who will be starting Kindergarten in 2026, please encourage them to attend our Open Mornings on Thursday May 29th and Tuesday June 3rd or to ring the office for more information. If these dates do not suit, we can arrange individual tours of the school as requested.
We will be inviting children and staff from the Quirindi Preschool and Kindergarten to come and spend some time in our school as well. We love having the preschoolers here and look forward to welcoming them.
Enrolment Applications will need to be returned to the Front Office by the end of Week 8 and Principal's interviews will be held in Week 9 and 10 this term as Armidale Catholic Schools require predicted numbers early in Term 3.

National Simultaneous Story Time - Infants Students
What does Real Talk do? Based on Catholic values, Real Talk provides up-to-date resources, interactive games and personal stories as part of our presentations. Our aim is to help young people to understand God’s amazing plan for love and life. Our presentation focuses on topics that are developmentally appropriate to this age group and are based on the HPE curriculum. In particular for Stage 3, we will be discussing topics including:• Self-image;• Healthy relationships and friendships;• Making good choices;• The importance of body language;• The impact of the media (inc. social media);• The physical and emotional changes of puberty. Stage 2 will be focusing on The impact of the media (inc. social media);
Valuing your role as parents, the purpose of informing you is in part to allow for pre and post discussion with your child. Real Talk have launched for Parents a site which includes quick reference guides, conversation starters, short videos, deep-dive seminars, printable resources, videos and curated links for parenting on the tough topics to do with relationships and eSafety.

Travel Arrangements
If you are making any change to your child's travel arrangements, please email quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au before 2pm
Uniform
Students can wear either Full Summer Uniform or Full Winter Uniform at this stage.
Please ensure all uniform items are clearly named to assist us in returning items to students. Also please check the items that your child takes home as things are often misplaced at the bag hooks or bag racks and end up in going to a different home.
Please remember to explain all absences on Compass within 7 days of the absence. Once the 7 days passes, you will not be able to make any changes and this will be reflected in the end of semester school report.
If you child is absent, please jump on to Compass on the day. There are 2 messages sent out; 1 on the day between 9:30 and 10am and then every Friday at 11am as a reminder for the week.
SCHOOL FEES
Thank you to those that have finalised the third instalment, the full year's fees or are making regular payments. You are able to view your current balance and transactions via the Compass app. If you are experiencing any problems regarding this please phone the school and we can advise you of your balance.
Please note there is an instalment schedule at the bottom of your first emailed 2025 school fee statement detailing monthly payments on the current years fees. Please direct any email enquiries to quifinance@arm.catholic.edu.au.
