Term 2 Disco

The school disco will be held next Thursday, 29th May. Please walk your child to the Denison Street Hall entrance at 5:00pm. Staff will be supervising this event. We are looking forward to a great evening!

Mobile Phones

Please remind your child that if they are bringing a mobile phone to school, they must hand it into the office at the beginning of the day. They are stored securely and students can collect them at the end of the day. Thank you for your support with this. 

All Tamworth Schools Staff Retreat

Please note that next Monday, 26th May is a pupil free day for all students. The office will also be unattended on this day as all will be attending a retreat.

Supervision of Students

A gentle reminder that supervision of students begins until 8.15am each day. 

St Joseph's gates open at 8:15am each morning. To ensure all children are kept safe, please do not drop them off at school before this time to be left unsupervised. 

Application for Extended Leave

Family holidays and travel are no longer considered under the Exemption from School Procedures. Travel outside of vacation periods is now counted as an absence for statistical purposes. Please see the office if  your child will be away from school for 10 days or more as an application form will need to be completed and approved at the discretion of the Principals or delegate. 

2025 School Fees

The next installment of school fees are due on 21st May 2025. 

Below is the suggested installment amount:

1 Child = $160.652 

Children = $287.563 

Children = $391.99

Stage 3 Excursion = $395.00, this is due by 1st October 2025.

Thank you to those families who are up to date with the installments. BPAY details can be found on emailed statements.

Clothing Pool Opening Hours

Just a reminder that the clothing pool is open Monday to Thursday 9:00am-2:00pm for second hand uniform items. These items are $5.00 each and can be paid by Eftpos. 

Change in Routine

Can you please advise the school office before 2:30pm if there is any change in your child's afternoon routine.
