This term, our Year 8 Food Technology students excelled at working collaboratively to organise their kitchen stations and master a variety of equipment, from the stovetop, oven and the sandwich press. They built essential foundations in safe knife skills while preparing fresh Fruit Salad and Bruschetta. The class also enjoyed great success in the kitchen, successfully crafting delicious Choc Chip Muffins, BLT sandwiches, Apple Turnovers and Fluffy Berry Pancakes. It has been a fantastic term of growth, teamwork, and culinary exploration!
