School Athletics Day

Our School Athletics Day will be held on Tuesday 24th March at Willinda Park in Greensborough.

This day is always a highlight on the school sporting calendar and provides students with the opportunity to participate in a variety of athletics events, demonstrate their skills and earn points for their House. 

The students can wear either their Sports top OR

a t-shirt in their House colour with a safety pin attached to display achievement ribbons. They can wear hair ribbons, socks or a headband to show their team spirit. 

Please note the student’s House can be found on Compass student profile. House colours are as follows:

 TOURS (Red)         MERCY (Blue) 

 McAULEY (Green)        XAVIER (Yellow)

Parents and extended family members are most welcome to attend. Please do not take photographs of students other than your own child due to privacy reasons.

A sincere thank you to the parents who have already volunteered to assist on the day. Your support is greatly appreciated and plays an important role in helping the event run smoothly.

If any other parents or guardians are interested in helping at the event, either by assisting at one of the activity stations or helping with set-up before the event and/or pack-up afterwards, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that you must have a current Working with Children Check and have it registered at the office. 

Our School Athletics Day will also act as a qualifying event for the District Athletics Carnival, which will take place on Tuesday 31st March at Willinda Park. Students from Years 3-6 who qualify in their respective events will go on to represent our school against other schools in the District.
