SSV Soccer Premier League 2026 wrap-up

"SSV Soccer Premier League 2026 wrap-up. Over the last month our Senior Boys Soccer Team has competed in round 2 and 3 of our Premier League season. Round 2 saw our boys travel to Glen Iris to take on SEDA College. The game turned out to be a great and hard fought contest, with the game tied at 1-1 at halftime the boys were able to rally in the second half piling on 3 goals to win 4-2. Round 3 saw us host Keilor Downs College at Craigieburn Soccer Club. With a win securing our path to the semi-finals the boys played a terrific game while taking the lead early on. Leading at halftime 1-0, two late goals to Keilor Downs means we missed a place in the finals phase. An amazing competition from our boys this year, they look to build on this for 2027!"

Elite Sports Program Connection Day Camp 

The Elite Sports Program Connection Activity Day brought 118 student athletes from our Elite Sports Program together for a dynamic and engaging experience designed to strengthen both performance and team culture. The day began with a mindset workshop with Caitlin Devidas, where participants were taught about how the brain works and how to begin to rewire the messages via a “Champion Mindset.” A series of camp adventure activities including canoeing, raft building, flying fox and abseiling, challenged ESP students to step outside their comfort zones, develop trust, and enhance communication with their peers and teammates. The day concluded with a stream training session led by ESP coaches, providing athletes with high-level guidance, skill development, and valuable feedback. Overall, the experience fostered stronger connections, personal growth, and a deeper commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
