Parent Information Night: 'Reinventing Fatherhood', with Mike Dyson

Trinity College invites fathers/father figures to a 'Reinventing Fatherhood' workshop, by Mike Dyson from Good Blokes Co.

This is a FREE workshop for men exploring what it means to be a father, how to be the best dad you can be, and the importance of quality time and human connection for men and their kids.

This event is sponsored in partnership with Ngala and Parenting Connection WA for fathers/father figures, including expectant fathers. Students not permitted.

JS Event: 'Mystery of the Mathematical Menace'

In anticipation of our 2024 Father's Day celebrations, the TC Junior School invites JS students and dads/father figures (or other parent/guardian, if fathers are not available) to participate in an exciting maths-based event: the "Mystery of the Mathematical Menace"! This free event is hosted by Scitech, and proudly supported by Chevron.

This is a fun, interactive workshop that engages participants in mathematical puzzles, with an emphasis on problem-solving, collaboration and creativity. Come along to enjoy an exciting afternoon of maths activities, and work with your child to solve maths puzzles, gather clues, and catch the culprit! It can take anywhere from 20-80 minutes to solve all the problems; it is ideal that you arrive promptly at the beginning of the session as the Scitech Facilitator will 'set the scene'.

Year 8 Social Quiz Night at Mercedes College

Next week, Year 8 students from Trinity College and Mercedes College will participate in three rounds of an 80’s themed quiz. They will be organised into mixed groups of TC and MC students, and will have the opportunity to rotate after each round. Prizes will be awarded after each round, and for the best dressed.

Date: Thursday, 29 August 

Time: 6.00pm – 8.00pm

Venue: Coady Sports Centre, Mercedes College

Dress code: 80’s inspired clothing

Refreshments: Pizza and soft drinks provided

JS Father's Day Breakfast

Junior School fathers/father figures are warmly invited to the 2024 JS Father's Day Breakfast! Featuring light breakfast treats, hot drinks, and raffle prizes for adult guests, this event is a celebration of our TC dads and all they do to support our students and community. Attendees are encouraged to wear the colours of their favourite football or soccer team.

While there is no need to pre-register for this event, please note there is a strict limit of one guest per JS student.
