Here is a snapshot of what the Year 2 students have been up to and a sneak peak of what's coming up!

During reading sessions, students will take part learning different comprehension strategies such as predicting, author's purpose, inferencing and answering questions and facts and opinion.

News and Reminders:

Library books and borrowing: Each week or fortnight, we visit the library and encourage our students to borrow a book. At the moment, we have most students borrowing, which is great to see.

Jumpers: Students need to come to school with jumpers and jackets. A friendly reminder to make sure they are named clearly with your child's name and class.

Home Reading: We encourage all students to bring their reader bag back each week to change over their books. Please make sure you are recording when your children are reading each night.
