THIS FRIDAY!!!

Pizza & Performance – Friday 30 May, from 3:30 PM

This Friday marks the debut of BNWPS’s newest mini-event: Pizza & Performance!!!—join us after school to be part of the very first one!

Come for the music, stay for the pizza—freshly baked in our school’s handmade mud-brick pizza oven. Enjoy student performances from 3:30 PM under Denis’ wonderful musical guidance, grab a slice (or two), and celebrate the end of the week with good food and great community vibes.

Behind the scenes, our crew has been hard at work: The incredible Heather is prepping the dough, many hands are getting ready to shape it, the shoppings done, the oven will be lit early to get hot enough for cooking, and a dedicated team will begin stretching and topping pizzas from 2:30 PM!!

Volunteers Needed:

  • Extra hands between 3:30–4:00 PM to help with the after-school rush
  • Support with selling pizzas, assisting kids, or jumping in for quick tasks
  • Grade 6 families—this is a great one to get involved in!

A Volunteer Roster will be coming out soon, but in the meantime, If you’d like to perform or volunteer, contact cet@brunswicknwps.vic.edu.au

And no, we’re not planning to make any BLUE PIZZA… but never say never… (we’re looking at you Erick!)

We’ll see you there—rain, shine, or flour-dusted chaos!

END OF TERM 2!!

Winter solstice celebration - Friday 20 June: from 3.30 PM

Stick around after school for lovely winter-vibes: warm drinks, fires, snacks, music, lanterns and fun activities for the whole family. More details to follow. If you are interested in helping to organise this event, please let us know at cet@brunswicknwps.vic.edu.au

Voting closes at 5:00 PM on Friday 6 June (end of Week 7), so don’t miss your chance to have a say.

You may have spotted posters with QR codes around the school, but if not, you can vote online here:

All volunteers at the school need a valid Working With Children’s Check - click this link to apply if you don’t have one. It’s fairly straightforward and free for volunteers.
