Senior Design Showcase

Today, staff were invited to a special Morning Tea to celebrate the creativity and innovation of our Senior Design students. The showcase was a culmination of weeks of hard work, with students proudly presenting the prototypes they’ve developed this term.

Guided by the principles of human-centred design, students focused on creating solutions that respond directly to the real needs of people. Through empathy, collaboration, and ongoing feedback from stakeholders, they refined their ideas into thoughtful, functional designs. The showcase offered staff a unique insight into the design process - from identifying problems to building and testing prototypes. It was a fantastic opportunity to recognise the problem-solving skills and creativity that our students have brought to their work.
