Sports Achievement | Futsal 

Last week, our talented Junior and Senior Futsal teams represented the College at the North Brisbane School Futsal Titles and they were nothing short of outstanding!

Our Junior team showed incredible determination and teamwork, powering through to the Semi-Finals. In an exciting highlight, every single player was invited to trial for the Queensland representative team - an amazing achievement and a true testament to their hard work and skill.

Our Senior team also gave an exceptional performance, battling it out all the way to the Grand Final. Although they narrowly missed taking the title, their efforts secured them a well-deserved place in the next round of competition.

We are immensely proud of both teams for their sportsmanship, commitment, and the way they represented Mount Alvernia College. 

CaSSSA Sport – Rounds 5 & 6, 

Congratulations to all our CaSSSA teams on their continued success across Term 2 CaSSSA fixtures. Over the past two weeks, our teams have played 34 CaSSSA fixtures, securing 20 impressive wins. A solid 58.8% win rate reflects the hard work and determination of our players across Volleyball, Hockey, Touch Football and Netball. Well done to all involved!
