Nomination 1: Patrick, you've been working so hard to develop your addition skills, well done! You did an excellent job playing 'Catch of the Day,' and it was fantastic to see you using the 'counting all' strategy to find the total. Keep up the great work, Patrick, we're so proud of you!

 

Nomination 2: Elise, you’ve been an amazing learner! You've worked so hard to learn to read our CVC word list, and it's clear how much you have been practising. You’ve learnt all of your phonograms so far and are using your knowledge brilliantly to read words. You're a superstar, well done!

Nomination 1: Jayden for the confidence you showed when completing your ‘Show and Share’. You faced the audience, spoke loud and clear, and taught us all about your special toy. Well done!

 

Nomination 2: Vivvy for completing some amazing writing. You wrote a whole dictated sentence remembering to use a capital letter at the start, finger spaces and a full stop at the end. I am so proud!

Nomination 1: Zoe for demonstrating the SWPBS values outside of our school environment during our walk to Federation Estate. You followed our safety rules and were very respectful of all the artwork we encountered. What a great role model and representative for our school. Well done!

 

Nomination 2: Spencer for the many amazing reasons you wrote about why cats are the best. It was very obvious that you love cats and after reading your words, I think I might like them too! We are so proud of your effort and stamina. What a superstar, keep up the great learning!

Nomination 1: Joseph -For being such a great friend to everyone in 3A by demonstrating kindness and fairness to all of your mates, particularly while playing outside.

Nomination 1: Chloe for being such a hard worker at all times, especially during our recent integrated topic. You have created an excellent array of ‘Australia’ pieces that you should be extremely proud of.

 

Nomination 2: Ari for being such a fantastic learner. You may be a silent achiever, but what you achieve is always amazing! Keep it up mate.

Nomination 1: 3C for cheering on each other in athletics. It makes it so much easier to run and try our best when we know our class is behind us.

 

Nomination 2: Evie for your incredible justifications in your most recent persuasive text. It was awesome to see you be a learner and include rhetorical questions, high modality words and an altogether persuasive argument!

Nomination 1: Willa for your hard work during class. I am so proud of your progress and your attitude to learning, even when things get tough. Keep up the great work!

 

Nomination 2: Leroy for your amazing attitude to learning. Your positivity constantly inspires others, and you always seek to challenge yourself. We are lucky to have your contagious enthusiasm in 4A.

Nomination 1: Will for showing such confidence and bravery when starting at a new school. Its great to see you building new friendships and giving great effort to your learning. You are a wonderful addition to our 4B community at GRPS.

Nomination 2: Lexi  for her positive attitude towards maths.  Lexi was able to work with the teacher and then teach another student how to convert units of measurement.  Well done!

Nomination 1: Zoe (1B) for always being one step ahead of everyone and never stopped learning new knowledge in Indonesian. Keep up your good job, Zoe!

EAL

Nomination 1: Kara  (1D) For always arriving to her group with a big smile and contributing to all the group activities.  Amazing work!

 

Nomination 2: Arshin  (3C) For coming to EAL with such a positive attitude and always trying his best, sharing his thoughts and ideas.  Great job Arshin!
Performing Arts 

Nomination 1: Yvette 5A: For giving up so much of your play time to come and help with Production tasks. I know I can rely on you for anything. It is very much appreciated.

Visual Arts 

 

 

Nomination 1: Ashton (2C) for working with great care to complete your Ming Dynasty Vase - you were a real artist when you were making choices about your work and how to present it as creatively as possible. 

 

Nomination 2: Hannah (1A) for doing a wonderful job with your clay pinch pot. You took great care to model a teacup with even sides and join the handle successfully. Well done.
Physical Education 

Nomination 1: Bodie (6A) for sacrificing his own race by stopping and helping a mate who was injured during District Cross Country.

 

Nomination 2: Sofia (5B) for her unbelievable run at District Cross Country. You gave it all and should be very proud of your result.

Science & Technology

 

 

Nomination 1: Grayson 6B For the exceptional efforts you have made this year so far to display the school values of respect, responsibility and learning. Your hard work is truly appreciated.

 

Nomination 2: Moses 1D For showing fantastic focus and collaboration while tackling the Indi Car Challenges in Technology, and for displaying impressive teamwork throughout
