Girls Cricket Gala 

On a beautiful, sunny autumn day, 57 of our girls (the most participants of any school in the district) ranging from grades 4-6 participated in the Cricket Victoria – Woolworths Cricket Blast – Girls World Cup Gala Day.

We had 8 teams playing on the day, many girls playing for the first time and there was plenty of runs, wickets and catches, but most of all plenty of fun had by all the girls. The girls were all given plenty of coaching tips from players from the Edinburgh Gardens Cricket Club.

Thanks to Brittany and Annalise for coming along and helping out on the day, and to all our parents who came along and cheered the girls on.
