Year 8 Visual Art classes have been working on original creations of their own POP art Artworks, whilst exploring the style and techniques of the OP and POP art Movements. Students were able to explore the use of the Principle of contrast as seen in their fantastic Op art Zentangle animals. The following images are just some of the expressive images that the students produced in Term 1.

On Wednesday, Preliminary Drama students successfully completed their first assessment task of the year. In this exciting project, students collaborated in groups to devise, write, direct, and perform an original piece of theatre. The task encouraged creativity, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of performance skills as students brought their ideas to life on stage. Each group presented their piece to an audience, showcasing their hard work and growing confidence as performers. It was a fantastic opportunity for students to explore dramatic elements and express themselves through storytelling. Congratulations to all students on their impressive efforts and achievements!
