Year 6 Transition:

I CAN and the Victorian Department of Education have released 'The Neurodivergent Students’ Guide to Starting High School'. 

Neurodivergent mentors from the I CAN team have reflected on tips which would have been helpful to hear before they started Year 7 and put it into a graphic novel to assist students before the big start of Year 7.
