House Lunch and Activities
Always a winner with students and staff. Each House compete for House Points which contribute to their overall year tally. Lots of enthusiasm for what is a great day that contributes to the culture of our school. Thank you Mr Pearce and House CAptaind for organising this great afternoon and thank you to all the staff and students who get on board.
Harmony Day
Grade 6 students have been studying racism and refugees this term. They have created posters to symbolise discrimination.
To tie in with Harmony day, Year 6 decided to have our recent BTN project reflect the topic. We wanted to share with you the poster that Penny completed - Ms Critchley also thought it was fabulous and it needed to be shared and celebrated.

Foundation Prep Cubby House
While the first new Cubby was painted by students and parents at the last Working Bee we challenged our Art Captains to design the art work for the Foundation Prep Cubby House.
This week, the Grade 6 Art Captains finished their design for the Foundation Cubby House (minus Evelyn who is on holidays). They designed one side each, although they will probably share the painting across the whole Cubby.
The Cubby House will require a base coat first, probably in a light colour, white or cream. The colours are the standard primary colours red, blue , yellow, plus green and white, with this we will be able to mix all the colours we need. We think Leo may have some of these colours but whatever we don’t have we will purchase along with some big brushes.
