Dear Parents,

WELCOME TO NEW STAFF FOR 2026

We welcome Miss Mia Phillips as a full time classroom teacher for 2026 and Miss Idallia August who will be the Year 5 and Year 6 Executive Release Teacher. We also welcome our new Family Educator Mrs Ma Becina. We look forward to welcoming our new staff into our community in 2026.

FAREWELL TO MRS SUE KAROLIS

I would like to acknowledge Mrs Sue Karolis as she moves into retirement. Mrs Karolis has been a beautiful and caring presence at St Aidan’s, not only as a dedicated teacher but also as the coordinator of our before and after care program in previous years. Staff, students, and families alike have adored her, and she will be greatly missed. We feel truly fortunate to have had her as part of our community and wish her every happiness and blessing in her retirement.

A HEARTFELT FAREWELL TO JO PARKER & JO LAIRD

As this school year comes to a close, we bid a very special farewell to Jo Parker and Jo Laird, whose children have now completed their journey at St Aidan’s. Over the years, Jo and Jo have been the heart and soul of our P&F, leading with energy, creativity, and generosity. From fundraising initiatives to fun filled community events, their dedication has brought joy and connection to our St Aidan's family.

Beyond their tireless efforts, Jo and Jo have been unwavering supporters of myself and our staff, always working hand in hand with the school to make St Aidan’s the vibrant community it is today. Their kindness, leadership, and friendship have left an indelible mark, and we know the legacy they leave behind will inspire others for years to come.

We will miss them dearly, and it’s safe to say they leave behind very big shoes to fill. On behalf of the entire St Aidan’s community, thank you, Jo Parker and Jo Laird, for everything you have given.

THANK YOU & MERRY CHRISTMAS

As we approach the end of another wonderful year, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has contributed to making 2025 such a success. From our dedicated staff and enthusiastic students to our supportive parents, I am extremely grateful for all of your support.

This year has been filled with memorable moments, significant achievements, and the true spirit of togetherness that defines St. Aidan’s. As we celebrate these accomplishments, we also look forward to the festive season ahead.

Wishing you all a joyful and restful Christmas. May this holiday season bring happiness, peace, and cherished time with loved ones. Thank you for being an essential part of our community, and we look forward to another wonderful year ahead.
