Graduate Outcome Awards

Last week, students from each class in F-6 were presented with WISDOM Graduate Outcome Awards.

Students who graduate from St Therese’s Primary School are people of WISDOM, who strive to achieve their full potential through a love of learning.

Community Learning Walk

This week we were pleased to welcome a number of parents into our classrooms as part of our Parent Learning Walk Through. The focus of the session was to provide a deeper understanding of how learning takes place at St Therese’s, and to give families the opportunity to see teaching and learning in action across the school.

Parents observed a range of classroom practices, including explicit teaching, student practice, and the strong routines that support a calm and focused learning environment. These approaches are all grounded in what research tells us about how students learn best, and it was wonderful to be able to share this with our community in a practical and authentic way.

We thank our parent community for their genuine interest and engagement, and for partnering with us in their child’s learning journey. We also extend our thanks to our staff and students for their flexibility and for so warmly welcoming visitors into their classrooms.
