Happy Autumn! We hope you are having a fantastic term 1. As we head towards school holidays (yes already?!) now is a great time to discuss and book holiday classes with your teacher and schedule classes for term 2.    Don’t forget to also schedule in some practice time during the holidays too! The best time to improve is when you have a bit more brain space and aren’t exhausted from a whole day at school. Do you know, studies show that playing music strengthens memory, boosts confidence, and increases happiness through the release of dopamine (similar to when we eat chocolate!) So the more you practise, not only will you improve your music skills but you’ll be feeling happier too!
