Club de Español 

As we get ready for Term 4, we are inviting parents, carers and families to share an activity with our Club de Español! 

It can be anything you love—sport, arts and crafts, games, music, cooking, or something completely different. The only requirement is that the activity is conducted in Spanish. 

If you would like some help from the Spanish Club team, we are more than happy to support you. You can even invite your children to help with translation, making it a wonderful opportunity for them to share their Spanish with the community!

Our next Spanish Club, Colombian Rhythms will take place next Monday, August 31st, in the staff room. 

¿Te Leo un Cuento? 

We’d love you to join us!

The Spanish Sub-Committee is also calling for more parents, carers and Newlands community members who would like to be part of ¿Te Leo un Cuento? to join us reading a book in Spanish for our community.

We are also inviting our Newlands children who feel confident reading in Spanish to take part of this project in Term 4. We would love to have many more voices joining this special project. 

We are also hoping to share more exciting news about ¿Te Leo un Cuento ? with the community soon!
