Celebrating Our Artwork at the Leongatha Daffodil & Floral Show
We are very excited to share that our students have been busy creating artwork to be displayed in the Leongatha Daffodil & Floral Show!
Across the school, students have worked together to create beautiful class artworks inspired by the natural world. Students have created their own individual images of flowers, insects, bats and dingoes, which have been brought together to form large collaborative artworks celebrating creativity and colour.
We have made every effort to include a contribution from each student in their class artwork. However, due to absences and changes in enrolment, there may be a small number of students whose individual artwork is not represented in the final class piece. We are incredibly proud of the creativity and effort our students have put into these artworks.
Students in Grades 4, 5 and 6 have also had the opportunity to create a needle-felted animal or flower to enter individually into the show. We have been so impressed by the patience, creativity and care students have shown while learning this new and intricate technique.
We would love for families to visit the show and see our students' artwork proudly displayed alongside the wonderful floral and artistic displays from our local community.
