Ball Sizes

It has come to our attention that the U14’s will be using size 6 balls. Some bags that were taken on Saturday have size 7s so we will arrange to swap the balls over the next week. Please feel free to number the balls if you wish to make it easier for you to manage.

Uniforms

As mentioned on Saturday the custom uniforms have been delayed by 2/3 weeks. We are expecting these to arrive the week of 26 February and will arrange to get them to you asap. In the meantime, a loan uniform has been supplied, but if you have any issues, please let us know and we will sort it for you.  Mazenod Blue Sports shorts can be used in the meantime (all players must wear the same though) but please tape up the pockets for safety reasons.

Mouth Guards

Mouth guards are optional, but we do highly recommend that they are used during the games and also training.

Communications

Please note that if you have any issues, please communicate the issue with MJBC and please do not go directly to KDBA (Kalamunda District Basketball Association). You should only communicate with Tyson Lumbaca from KDBA tyson.lumbaca@sunsbasketball.com.au if you have to forfeit a game (cc’ registrar1.mjbc@gmail.com).

Photos

We would love to receive photos of your team playing or training so we can use them on our social media sites. Please feel free to send them through to Vicki comms1.mjbc@gmail.com with a short description.

Grading

Please note that grading is still in progress. Your team may have already been moved up or down in the divisions, but please note these may change again so please wait until the end of round 4 to see where you land and the final positions.

Next Committee Meeting

The next committee meeting will be held on Thursday, 29 February, at the old D&T building at the College at 6:00pm. We recommend that you park in bus bays outside the old D&T building as the main carpark gets locked. We look forward to seeing some new faces, so please come along.
