Kildare Campus Update
This week's site meeting for Stage 2 at Kildare Campus revealed significant progress, with both the Specialist and Learning buildings nearing 90% completion. The anticipated finish date in mid-April remains on track, reflecting the dedicated efforts from our construction team of Fairbrother, (builders) and Clarke Hopkins Clarke (architects). External landscaping work is already underway. Excitement is building within the St Joseph's College community as the canteen is set to commence its fit-out in mid-March. Additionally, the cover over the courts is progressing, providing further amenities for the campus. Planning for the oval is also in motion, showcasing the comprehensive development taking place at Kildare Campus. The collaborative efforts and milestones achieved signify a promising future for the College facilities.

Kildare Campus Sporting Facilities Update
Basketball/Netball Courts
We are thrilled to advise that works will soon commence on the construction of our all-weather shelter over our multipurpose sports courts.
Campaspe Shire has approved the permit for our Covered Outdoor Learning Area (COLA) and works are scheduled to commence around 25 March (first week of school holidays). We are hopeful the structure will be completed by the time students return from the Easter School holidays, or very soon after.
Softfall Sports Pad
We are also installing a 20m by 20m softfall pad near the learning hub during the Easter school holiday period, that will be set up for Gaga Ball and 9 Square In The Air.
Sporting Oval
We will commence the tender process for our first AFL oval in the coming weeks and we expect to announce the successful contractor in May. We are hopeful work will commence on the oval around June/July this year, with a view to the oval being fully functional from Term 1 next year (2025). The oval will be the size of the MCG, irrigated and fully fenced.

Kildare Choir - Melbourne Recording Session
Our Choir travelled to Melbourne on Monday to take part in a huge recording session, for the Kildare Ministries 10th Anniversary Conference Song – Crossing New Seas. They joined other Kildare Ministries schools from across Victoria, New South Wales and some even as far away as Adelaide. It was a great experience for everyone involved and our Kildare students did us proud - such a great asset to our school!
Looking forward to sharing the recording with you.
